National Cemetery Cremation Service

Basic services of Funeral Director/Staff:
Arrangements made in the location of your choosing; your comfort is important to us, Coordination of permits, death certificate, and all forms required for cremation
- Removal of deceased from a facility or residence to the funeral establishment
(Additional mileage for greater than 35 miles)
- Scheduling of service with military honors at any cemetery
- Flag case with an engraved nameplate
- Use of Merit Memorial Funeral Coach to cemetery within 35 miles (up to 4 hours)
- Obituary posted to www.MeritMemorial.com website
- Cremation of your loved one
- Cremated remains returned in a temporary container (per State Requirement)
